1.035 Minor Miner Update

Welcome to 1.035 . Not gonna lie: this one isn't very exciting. But 1.035 walks so that 1.036 can run.

**BUGFIXES: ** — Fix bug where the Save Game upgrade was sometimes locked in endless mode games — Fix bug where the menu page would not honor audio/volume settings — Fix bug where rolling income would get stuck if income becomes zero — Fix bug where previous fullscreen state was not remembered — Small calculation stability improvements

IMPROVEMENTS

— Improvements to performance of visualizer & cluster computing 3D views — Decrease level required to get the secret top rank — Balancing tweak for endless mode that makes emissions charges less extreme (and prone to billion dollar spikes) in late-late-game. More to come here. — Add scaffolding for achievements
