VCoin Refund Update

VCoin Refund Update

We have carefully reviewed your feedback and made a decision that fully reflects our community’s expectations.

We realized that the refund rates we initially shared caused disappointment for many of you. As a result, we have completely revised our approach:

All VCoin purchases will be refunded at a 100% rate, regardless of the purchase date.

This decision is a clear reflection of our responsibility toward our players and our commitment to preserving the trust we share with our community. We sincerely apologize for the uncertainty and inconvenience experienced during this process. Your feedback will continue to guide us as Quinfall moves forward.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
