Rift Talent visual overhaul, crafting now shows tier level, and more. (0.3.20)

Build 0.3.21

• Transmutation recipe and level requirements for island 3 have been altered.

• Offline crafting mastery listing wrong mastery fixed

• Altar can show more infused items at a time now

• Rift talents got a visual overhaul. They are now sorted by type and then cost. You can also hide completed ones.

• Tier level now shows in the crafting menu. Higher tier items are items that take the same resources but in higher quantity.

• Island 3 has had pathable terrain adjusted to make sure all fog is removable.

• Gold and platinum jewelry now require higher gem quality.
