Update 0.2.3

Changelog:

• The notification for manager rewards from chests has been changed to better highlight that you get a free hire and not a manager directly

• Quick shop bot fix where you could not disable it for the AVA shop

• If a new dust type was bought by a shop bot and the dust menu was closed it would not appear unless clicked on the left dust bars. This has been fixed

• Fixed duplicate shop item caching for items indexed by dust type
