Spring Update

Hey everyone,

The Spring Update is now live in game!

We want to say thank you to the community for taking such an interest in the patch. Community discussion has helped inform many of the changes to this iteration.

Another big thanks goes out to the community balance team, and to a group of experts who provided valuable suggestions to the balance team.

Additionally, a hotfix for some bugs has just been deployed.
