As in the original City Car Driving, you will find a number of useful exercises that will help you master driving at a good level.

In CCD 2.0, the test circuit is designed from the point of view of the sequential passage of all exercises. At the same time, you will be able to independently choose the element that you want to study. The test circuit is an important part in the gameplay with somewhat expanded functionality, compared to the original CCD. The following options will be available on the test circuit:

• The ability to perform exercises to hone driving skills with subsequent scoring

• Practicing only those exercises in which you are interested, without a scoring system

• Going through the entire set of exercises with subsequent scoring

There are a lot of interactive objects on the test circuit, thanks to them, you will understand when you make a mistake.

Completing the assigned tasks leads to an exam in the city. For novice drivers, this system will help prepare themselves for full participation in the road traffic.

#1 Hill entrance

At the test circuit, the hill is a high ground with a slope of 12°. According to all the requirements, we have to drive to the highest point, stop, and then carefully move out.

#2 Cone slalom

An exercise in which you need to maneuver along an extremely smooth trajectory without touching the cones. Cone slalom is one of the most interesting classical exercises in preparation for driving in the city.

#3 U-turn in a restricted space

We are approaching difficult exercises, at this point, you will need to really feel your vehicle.

#4 Rear entrance to the box

An exercise fixing maneuvering skills that helps to finally get used to the dimensions of the vehicle.

#5 Parallel parking

This exercise is a little test of all your driving skills. For more immersion in the process, there are car mock-ups simulating real road users on the test circuit.

In addition to exercises, will the emphasis on compliance with traffic rules be maintained in CCD 2.0? Yes, we consider traffic rules to be one of the important components of the gameplay, and we try to deepen the interaction of the player and traffic rules.

Will the sounds be like in the original CCD or modified? With the transition to UE, the sounds in the game will be changed.

What will happen to the original CCD? It will remain with the players, in the form they are used to, we do not replace, and even more so we do not take the game away from people. We do not exclude the possibility of the release of small updates for the original City Car Driving, but now all forces are concentrated on the development of City Car Driving 2.0.

Is Steam Workshop support planned? Yes, it is. We want to give people the opportunity to share their own modifications with maximum convenience.

Will it be possible to flexibly adjust the traffic density, the number of pedestrians, weather conditions as in the original CCD? No, we are trying to give a new experience to all users, so we are trying a different approach.

Is it planned to introduce motorcycles in CCD 2.0? In early access – definitely not.

Is the system of fatigue, hunger, and so on planned? No, we consider this an extra complication for a real and living person who needs to rest and eat themselves, especially when playing a car simulator, where you need to concentrate your attention.
