Introducing Seikyu Let’s Go, a New Adventure! 🚐

We are so excited to finally announce our new adventure: Seikyu Let’s Go**! ** Let’s Go is set in the same world you love and adore. It’s a cozy 1-4 player online co-op road trip that we hope you’ll love exploring together! 

**⛺ What is Let’s Go? **

Seabert and Kon, yes those two 👀, have made Seikyu into a lovely travel destination thanks to their photography turning up in Yokai magazines and newspapers. And now they have invited adventurers to come and see it for themselves! 

Team up and travel around the nature and parks of Seikyu in your very own campervan. These are never-before-seen locations, where you can take part in all sorts of wonderful activities:

🦦 Meet characters from Seikyu and see what they’re up to.

☔ Get caught in surprise weather conditions. 🔭 Stumble across hidden viewpoints. 👕 Unlock more customizations for your character at the gacha machine. ⚽ Play cute mini games together. 📸 Capture beautiful photos and grab a fun selfie with friends!

🧩 Solve intricate puzzles. 🚐 Travel together, repair the vehicle when it breaks and designate a (good) driver!

...and so much more cozy chaos!

🚐 What Inspired Let’s Go?

The story begins with a road trip, an actual one that happened a while back. Two of us drove together to a gem expo, several hours each way! Somewhere along the drive, whilst talking, laughing and just enjoying the road, we realised how much we love that feeling of being on the road with friends. So we thought, why not make a game about that? About travelling together, with unexpected things happening along the way?

That was the start of our idea, and not long after we started working on it. Whilst we did, we noticed similar games coming out and how much people loved them: games where a group of friends hit an unexpected problem together and deal with it, turning it into a wonderful core memory. ☺️

⭐ Things we are excited about

A cozy road trip, together. Full of surprises: strange spirits, sudden weather, scenic detours and travel mishaps.

Physics-based co-op. Carrying supplies, setting up camp, posing for photos, pushing the van when someone knocks it off the road; everything is physics-based. This means a lot of the comedy moments will come from friends accidentally getting in each other’s way.

Tons of mini-activities. A roadside basketball court, a go-kart race or a game of whack-a-mole. We’ve dotted these along the way for you to explore and enjoy in your own time and make fun memories! ☺️

This is just the first step - there’s a lot more we want to share over the coming weeks and months. So stay tuned by following our channels listed below.

We also want to reassure everyone that Tales of Seikyu isn’t going anywhere. Let’s Go is in addition to it, not instead of it. We’re still working on things behind the scenes, and hope to have more to share in the not too distant future.
