Discounts on Rare Variants of the Mi-24 for the Anniversary of its First Flight!
[p align="justify"]
[p align="justify"]The maiden flight of the first production model of the Soviet Mi-24 attack helicopter took place on September 19th 1969. Capable of carrying up to eight troops and withstanding small arms fire, it also held the speed record among helicopters for a long time. These qualities ensured its widespread adoption and high demand: over 2,500 Mi-24s were produced, and some remain in service to this day. The Mi-24, known in NATO as the “Hind”, became a symbol of Soviet helicopter engineering.
Three Mi-24 variants are available at a 30% discount for Golden Eagles!

[p align="justify"]**About these helicopters **

[p align="justify"]The Mi-24P variant replaced the YakB machine gun with the 30 mm GSh-30-2K cannon to boost effectiveness against enemy vehicles; hits to the roof with armor-piercing rounds can be fatal for many MBTs! These helicopters were operated by East Germany and Hungary, each with a unique livery. The armament is roughly comparable to that of the Mi-24D, with the Shturm anti-tank missile system remaining the star of the show.

[p align="justify"]The Mi-24D variant entered service in 1976, and deliveries to Czechoslovakia began as early as 1978. This version featured a new 12.7 mm YakB four-barrel machine gun and a modified cockpit. The Mi-24D is a heavy yet fast helicopter with a versatile array of external weaponry, ranging from formidable Phalanga ATGMs and a vast number of unguided rockets to a 23 mm cannon and 250 kg or 500 kg bombs.
