update 1.3.2

this update replaces the build 1.3.1 on the feature-test branch, and will be merged into the public branch once it's been tested a bit.

bugfixes:

• fixed stat achievements not tracking

• fixed hall of records ladder bypassing mixer to play super loud

• adjustments to shadows and lighting

• fixed audio mixer volumes not getting set correctly when the game starts

• fixed may getting stuck if she tries to nav to the same place twice in a row
