v0.5.8 Hotfix Update

The v0.5.8 hotfix is a small update aimed at preventing a specific issue in the game. During the late game, food packages dropped on the ground could cause a bug where a spoiled item would prevent the resources from being collected.

This issue could block laborers' workflow, leading to reduced efficiency and accumulation of uncollected resources on the ground.

To address this, an algorithm has been implemented to monitor food spoilage, along with a system that automatically stores any dropped resources in the nearest storage if they are not collected within 10 minutes.
