Community Challenge: Above the Skyline

The city has grown beyond its original limits. As the streets below become increasingly crowded, those with the resources to do so have begun building upward. Towering residential complexes, elevated walkways, rooftop districts, and massive corporate structures now rise far above the streets below.

In this challenge, build a city that not only expands out, but expands up. Create a dense city where life continues above the traditional skyline, with towering skyscrapers, elevated roads and infrastructure, and buildings that seem to disappear into the clouds. Let the ground level city feel like only the beginning of what lies above.
