Nominate Erenshor for "Most Innovative Gameplay" in the Steam Awards!

Hello everyone!

It's been just over 7 months since Erenshor released into early access and since then my life has changed a lot. All for the better, and all because of you, the Erenshor community.

I built Erenshor as an alternative to MMORPGs, while still hoping to provide players with the sense of accomplishment that comes with MMORPG progression and exploration. It was really important to me to deliver an experience that respected the player's time, while still striking that balance of "earning it" as you go.

The major difference with Erenshor is that, for one of the first times ever, you can enjoy "MMORPG Gameplay" on your own time. There is no FOMO, there is no pressure to play perfectly, there are no pay-to-win microtransactions (or any microtransactions of any other sort), and there is no need to schedule your playtime around other people.

You don't even need to be connected to the internet to play.

Erenshor's "SimPlayers" will always be waiting for you, ready to group and explore, no matter how long you step away for. Erenshor's 'servers' will never be shut down, because they don't exist. You can go AFK or log off any time you need to, and your group will happily wait for your return.

I like to think that Erenshor provides a very unique experience in the gaming market.
