Update Notes for 1.1.2

A few fixes and tweaks:

• Bugfix: 'Round of 16' string is incorrect for pt_BR.

• Bugfix: Cursor overflows onto 'phantom' button in match setup menu.

• Bugfix: Positions are not always localised when editing custom databases.

• Bugfix: Formation editor is weirdly stretched in database editor for non-16:9 resolutions.

• Bugfix: Playing matches against custom teams with no players causes the match to softlock.

• Improvement: custom database teams are sorted consistently between 'Quick Match Setup' screen and database editor.

• Improvement: new custom database players are created with 'sensible' stats given a position and expected overall rating.
