Bus Simulator 27 - Update 1.19

We just published Update 1.19 introducing the option to continue a route after an Extra Trip got completed, improved AI bus schedules, improved GPS line behaviour, some passenger animation improvements, temperature control fixes and a number of other fixes and game improvements.

Changelog:

Critical Fixes

• Fixed a crash when attempting to start an Extra Trip.

• Fixed a crash when switching between DLSS Frame Generation and AMD FSR Frame Generation; only one frame generator is now active per session.

 

Quality of Life Improvements

• Seamless service: Continue Trip after an Extra Trip keeps the bus in place and guides the player to the first stop of the next route.

 

Multiplayer

• Fixed the GPS not updating for the client during multiplayer sessions.

 

Traffic AI

• Improved AI buses schedule

• The turn signal penalty system is now turned off by default.

• NPC vehicles now fade out when despawning instead of disappearing abruptly.

• Mesh sequence contraction in paths.

• Fixed stop lines at the remaining junctions.

 

Gameplay / UI

• Improved GPS lines behavior

• Fixed an event triggering immediately after starting a manual line service.

• Trip Summary: fixed the Company XP reward counter overlapping the company level, and 100% Punctuality and Traffic discipline being displayed incorrectly.

• Passenger animation updates, including an adjusted problematic seat position.

• Fixed passenger heads clipping on bus back seats.

• Fixed the Delete This Line option in Bus Lines disappearing when moving the map with a controller; it's now hidden once a line has been deleted.

• Fixed the great stop position score being earnable infinitely by opening the doors with the engine off.

• Fixed ghost buses standing on their routes without a driver, showing "out of service" and blocking traffic, including the buses on Rafael's four lines in the Full Circle story mission.

• Fixed the player being able to highlight subsection titles in all bindings settings.

• Redesigned the Landmark icons.

 

Vehicle / Art

• Temperature control fixes: automatic temperature control no longer turns on the AC in winter, and AC/heating restarts after the bus power is turned off and back on.

• Corrected the rear lights on the Setra S417.

• Glass reflections visual update.

 

Audio

• Fixed the announcement treating the first stop as the "last stop" when servicing a loop line from the bus depot.

• Updated occlusion and reverb for stop request sounds.
