Hotfix Patch 1.0.12 - Fixing corrupted saves in chapter 7 and 8

Hey vampires,

We have released a hotfix (1.0.12) on PC which fixes saves being corrupted in the office in chapter 7 and 8. Apologies for anyone who was affected by this. You should be able to continue your save if you ran into this issue before the patch.
