Mini patch: preparation for the Goblin Plushie trinket

This mini patch is for the release of the Goblin Plushie DLC but includes a handful of small fixes:

• The reference to the Heart Pendant had broken in the trinket pack in which it is unlocked. You should now start to see this trinket come through in your sack!

• By popular request you can now put hats on top of the Dog and Bear Plushie's heads.

• We've implemented a proper loading screen for when travelling to districts.

• We've added a short "once upon a time" story beat on starting a new game.
