[New] Added upgrades for humans

• Travel Button(costs 1 human, you will be able to travel between cat world and earth if you miss some achievements or what to max out everything)
• Pribe politicians (+5 to hit power after game reset)
• Cat world owner(+10 to hit power after game reset) [Fix] Warning menu and buttons in warning menu will now change color New cat coin is working(after first cat coin purchase in cat world cat coin will now spawn event that will last for 15 seconds and give you bonuses to hit power and cat increase per second)

[Balance] Buff to Cat paws,Catnip and Social Cats late upgrades Nerfed Events You will now get 1 human every time you buy some amounts of upgrades
