Update v0.9104

Another update!

But no, it is not the second part of the update 0.9103, this time is just a small fix for the MiG-29SM_9-13M challenge. Even with all the tests, the wrong file managed to seep into the update build . The F-5A also had some missing elements, so I think it was a good reason to make a small fix.

But I also add something else, so it won't be just a boring small fix.

As a bonus it has been added the MiG-28. I bet some of you already know what aircraft I´m talking about.
