Bugfixes!

Hey brattas, this is a very small QoL patch:

• Fixed glitch that let you start Multiplayer paused after DED, causing you to stay invulnerable

• Fixed Language Selection!

• Fixed "Respawnable Repair Kit" appearing in single player

• Fixed display bug making it look like you are top 1% with no kills
