added engine resurfacer and engine repair machines

The lifts are now movable, along with the engine resurfacer and honing machine.

New junkyard with random parts :

Blacklist 14 now playable :

• Engines on junkyards that are rusted and needs to be resurfaced

• Drifting now smokes tires and leaves tyre marks

• CTRL + T To toggle tracton control

• CTRL + S To toggle steering assist
