Added a tuning laptop. To tune the engine, you need to get a log first, then apply the corrections suggested by the log. When you change the supercharger or turbo setup on an engine, it will no longer be properly tuned.

You can now join auctions to bid to cars and buy them

You can now do Cargo Jobs to make money

Small changes:

• Changed how cars handle acceleration. There is now a low-end and top-end torque mechanic, and cars now imitate changing gears and using a clutch.

• Rotary engines not has the health on the rotors not the engine block. So you can repair them by replacing rotors. you can buy them from your phone

• Now you can carry shop items on trailers
