June Round-Up! 🍖

**Greetings seedlings! **

The July heat is coming in full swing. Our Pink Blob already took out its sunglasses to enjoy the summer beach. Our devs, though, decided to stay out of the scorching sun to work on the next batch of update instead. Here’s what we have for this monthly round-up!

More Visual Updates!

You might have noticed our game looks a little different from before – that’s because we sneaked in another visual update in June! A couple highlights of the changes:

In the evolution panel, body part changes now trigger an animation to add more character and energy to our little Pink Blob (plus it is a nice visual indicator of body part changes).

The nest UI now recolors depending on which area you are in, to give your nest a more thematic look.

There are also changes to visuals including particles and colors in the demo. You can see more details (and all our past updates) on our Steam update thread.

Canadian Games Sale

Strange Seed will soon take part in the Canadian Games Sale! From July 1 to July 7, over 300 games from the land of maple, including us, will be on display! Check out all the promising upcoming games and exciting released titles here.

Community Creations

After covering all the monthly news, it’s time to share all the bizarre life forms designed by our creative community!

Our Discord member silly lil goober made a creature so fast it might have broken the chicken head part when it goes zoom (But this is too funny so I think we’re just going to leave it. It’s a bug feature.)

A creepy creation by Gear. Why does it look like it has an explosive temper?

And that's all we've got for this monthly round-up! Join our Discord server to talk about Strange Seed and share your own peculiar creature designs! Follow our Twitter, YouTube and TikTok for the latest news of Strange Seed!
