Extra performance patch for Honey Cliffs + Village

So.. just after building the previous patch, I finally realized the source of the performance issues in Honey Cliffs.

A completely innocuous script, silently doing horrible things in the background.

In total this improves:

• Honey Cliffs (about +9 fps on Steam Deck)
• Gloom Wood (about +2 fps)
• Scrapshire Village (about +5 fps)
