As you may remember - we are working hard on a new game mode (free for everyone) and a new special disease type (paid DLC).

The new game mode has turned into something very special, so we thought we'd give you a sneak peek at what's coming! Get ready for Outbreak Mode!

Outbreak Mode gives you a unique new Plague Inc. challenge every 24 hours. Adapt and exploit unique disease/human mutators that fundamentally change both your plague and the world.

Make your Plagues stronger and more versatile after each victory with permanent pathogen upgrades.

Daily global rankings let you see how infectious you really are and compare yourself against players all over the worlds.
