Fixed the scaling of enemy hp and speed

Adjusted the spawn rate of some enemies

Fixed a bug where the player wasn't able to deal damage after a losing the buff from a red butterfly

Manual of Might is now back to 50% splash damage on hit

Some physical perks grant additional splash chance
