Quick patch 1.4.1b

Just put out a quick patch. There was a bug with a few of the monsters mods that would cause a crash, this patch fixes it.

There were also two modifications to weapons, that wasn't intended to be released this soon but were included in this patch.

• Throwing daggers now throw a burst of three, then waits, and repeats
• Double axes now allow movement while attacking
