Fixed a bug where fertilizing fruit trees did not take effect in certain situations.

Fixed a bug where fruit trees continued to produce even after being removed.
(For Bugs 2 and 3, old save files may still have residual issues. Clearing and rebuilding the farm can resolve them.)
