Small Storage Unit patch

A small patch today.

We received feedback from a player that they were not seeing storage units for sale in their stores. A bit of checking revealed that (due to supply chain issues?) this was indeed true. This patch brings the units back to the shops.

Thanks go out to user Jet for finding and bringing it to our attention. We greatly appreciate you!
