• Nomad Elemental Rover is now trainable in the Vehicle Factory
• All Nomad Elemental Rover Rank Upgrade timers set to 2 hours
• Nomad Elemental Rover healing time set to 4 hours

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with the client not realizing a battle has ended when the enemy passes, and then the last player-side unit dies to environmental DoT
• Fixed R3 Skyraptor still showing a level prereq lock
