Steam Strategy Fest Update

Hey everyone,

We just launched a new update for the game, hope you enjoy it and let us know what you think

First of all we added an exclusive level 3 for the Strategy Fest only so hurry up and play it

Patch Notes: -Added a tutorial toggle in the level menu (Thanks KentB) -Fixed woodcutter not removing the last tree (Thanks SeanTheFolder and IndiePoppinOff) -Fixed timer bug running faster than it should (Thanks Fo) -Fixed Buildings are sometimes not being constructed when connected to the road (Thanks Fo for catching this annoying bug) -Adjusted the balancing for the forester and water pump

-Fixed some localization issues (Thanks @dontnormally) -Fixed minor bugs
