This update fixes the Steam Workshop download issue. Subscribed workshop items are now correctly made available to everyone, not only the content creator.

Changes:

• Fixed subscribed Steam Workshop item not downloaded and recognised correctly by the modding system.

• Modified game to fully restart after mod options have been changed, avoiding resource leaks and potential crash conflicts.

• Fixed some issues for content creators when having both local and workshop versions of the same mod available.

• Fixed re-publishing to Steam Workshop not correctly uploading the new version.

• Fixed issue with outdated intro text used when starting new game with "Game Mode ++" mod.

• Fixed crash on very first start of AssetMetaTool.
