Alpha 24.11.1 Now on Steam Unstable

Here's a hotfix for a couple bugs from 24.11:

• Fixed the game sometimes getting stuck during the kingdom choice in the new game flow.

• Fixed some issues with mod-provided building materials.

• Fixed old building editor hotkeys being triggered in the new building editor.

• Fixed an issue with certain fixtures not being available for building.
