= Balance Changes

• Decreased the damage of Fiery Barrage and added a cooldown

• Phoenix Flame is now instant

• Blazing Ward and Cleansing Flame no longer have a cooldown

• Phoenix Dive now pierces cover and only costs 20 PA

• Phoenix Ward now only costs 20 PA

• Damage of Cindersquall increased (it might be worth using now =P)

= Bugfixes

• Ligaea should no longer be parried from Falconry skills

• Fixed a crash related to bugfixes in the Rift

• Fixed various typos and other minor issues

• Various minor fixes that I honestly can't remember any of right now. I'm sure I did some though. :X
