The last patch was not up to pARRR... so here's another!

Fixes

• Overworld - The shipwreck north of Shellhome now spawns you in the right position
• Overworld - The shipwreck east of Shellhome now has the switches on the outside, so they're harder to accidentally press.
• Overworld - Fix a bug introduced in the last patch where after obtaining the Macaw Egg / Dream Tonic, the player could not open a menu.
• Post Dungeon 7 - The comb / fish map now correctly displays which you have found after entering a dungeon
• Fixed some typos
