Hotfix 09/03/26

Some more fixes to come tomorrow but these address some of the more major issues found in the hound update.

• Fixed an issue with a decal
• Removed the tablet noise notifying the monsters (You guys didn't like that!)
• Fixed an issue with the switchboard puzzle being misaligned
• Increased tutorial bar pulse strength (makes it more obvious what needs clicking)
• Fixed an issue preventing spectators from chatting
• Added a "joining lobby" message after connecting to a lobby successfully
• Potential "connecting" loop fix
• Improved performance
• Fixed issues with Audio stuttering
• Fixed incorrect date on posters
• Fixed an issue where being downed could cause a black screen
• Fixed an issue where the hound could rarely cause a disconnect
