Patch 0.48c/0.48d

Hi Crafters!

Today's small patch improves conveyors placement.

Update 0.48d:

• Further improved how conveyors snap to machines
• Fixed a bug where you would in some cases dismantle an item behind the object that you really wanted to dismantle Update 0.48c:
• Conveyors and pipes will more easily snap to nearby machines entries and other conveyors.
• You can now use Alt to force straight lines with conveyors again (like before 0.48).
• Fixed a bug where machines would still be powered after a big wave in Ocean World. There might be a delay of 10 seconds before machines show their actual power received.
• It now takes more time to destroy a Basalt/Graphene/Phosphorus deposit. This is to avoid accidentally destroying a deposit.
• Fixed misc. bugs
