🛠️ TEMPORARY REMOVAL – EXPLANATION & NEXT STEPS

Hello everyone,

We want to give you a quick update regarding the recent temporary removal of Drive Beyond Horizons from the Steam store.

Earlier this week, our game was targeted by a DMCA takedown request regarding the use of a music track. We want to clarify immediately that:

🎧 The music used in our game is fully original and built using royalty-free samples from Splice, a platform that allows commercial use for all licensed users.

The claim appears to be based on the fact that both our track and the claimant’s track share the same royalty-free sample, which is allowed and legally used by countless creators. We have already submitted all necessary documentation to Valve, including:

Proof of our Splice subscription

The original sample used

We are working hard with Valve to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. In the meantime:

✅ If you already own the game: you can still play it as normal ❌ If you’re trying to purchase the game: the store page is temporarily hidden due to the claim

We expect the situation to be resolved very soon and the game to return to the store. We deeply appreciate your support and understanding during this time.

Feel free to reach out to us on Discord, by email, or right here if you have questions.
