Update 11/22

Shortly pushing an update with the following changes:

• Enemies in world 2 and 3 are harder now
• Class select now displays wins (old save files will only show 1 win even if you won more than once with that class... sorry!)
• Intel graphics card compatibility fixed
• Crash when dropping coins fixed
• Crash when using really fast coins fixed... I think
• Other small stuff

Currently NOT in, though I'm working on it:

• Achievements don't all activate
• WIP new enemies and coins
• Piles of other good ideas in the discussion right now
