Known Issue: Traditional Chinese Language

Hello Everyone! 🐾

First of all, thank you so much for the warm welcome to the Animal Shelter 2: Little Friends DLC! We truly appreciate all the kind words, as well as the many insightful comments, suggestions and reports you’ve been sharing with us. We’re reading everything closely and taking your feedback seriously, it genuinely helps us improve the game 💛

We’d also like to inform you about a known issue some players may encounter:

It appears that the game can have problems when played with Traditional Chinese language settings, while Simplified Chinese works correctly.

Temporary workaround

If you experience any issues, please try switching the game language to Simplified Chinese. This should allow you to play normally until we release a proper fix.

Our team already has a workaround internally, and we’re actively working on a permanent solution, which will be delivered in an upcoming patch. We’ll keep you updated as soon as it’s ready!

Thank you for your patience, support and for being such a wonderful community 🐶🐱

See you soon, Animal Shelter 2 Team
