Ground Pounders Early Access Update 10!

Not the biggest update we've done, but some key fixes as we move towards final release!

Critical:

• Fixed not being able to make a ground attack in the Flight School tutorial

• Fixed all Front End to work in full screen resolution (still editing deck management screens)

• Fixed small thumbnails in Skirmish Select and Tutorial Select screens

• Fixed unit card flip button not working

• Show unit rank on the unit

• Updated Unit Shop UI

• Added filter to Unit Shop

• Store what deck the player last selected and choose that one by default when entering the deck selection screen

• Fixed Air Unit fly by animation in combat animation going too fast
