1.9.0 "REBUILD" update

Gameplay:

1. Improved user interface. Improved support for the different screen resolutions. A special version of the interface has been added for the higher screen resolutions.
2. A mode named BigPicture has ben added.
3. The support for the joystick has been added.
4. Tutorial has been redesigned and improved.
5. System hotkeys in the game (keyboard control) have been improved.
6. Some minor bugs have been fixed.

Antisquad Workshop:

1. Now the main game supports Workshop. All participants of the beta tests should switch to the main game.
