Here are the current Beta's Patch Notes:

PANICORE Beta Version 1.1.4b (from March 13th 2025)

Additions:

• Added more randomized spooky stuff

• Added lobby code to the computer in the lobby

• Added low oxygen special ability to submarine monster

• Added a sound for the quick time reaction wheel

• Added "Oxygen Mode" as a game mode

• Added "Outbreak Mode" as a game mode including new enemies & gameplay mechanics

• Added Oxygen Tank item for low oxygen gameplay

Changes:

• Graphical changes to all maps, changed to have a more "dangerous" look

• New Main Menu music

• No Instant Death mode now respawns players far away from monsters (works best with only 1 monster on map)

Balancing:

• Slightly Increased normal walking speed and crouch walk speed

Other:

• Implemented a failsafe for PAINCORE+ difficulty achievement not being triggered
