Panicore v1.0.1 Patch Notes

Changes:

• Voice Chat is now enabled by default

• AI hearing was too sensitive, changes were made to adjust the hearing of the entities and make it more fair

Bugfixes

• some players had issues loading into maps, especially the hospital, these issues have been fixed

• Potential voice chat issue fixes

• Reviving could be done without a medikit, consuming the item held in your hand, this has been fixed
