Patch 1.10.2 - Mac fixes + A small free game

This patch mainly fixes a loading bug on Mac.

You can read a more informative and longer explanation of the patch here http://blog.morgondag.nu/rymdresa-trouble-in-mac-land/

By the way you can finally take revenge on the RymdResa asteroids and stones in our free little classical turret defense game Spacebase 19.
