PATCH v0.998 (AI Fix, +more)

FIXES:

• Lowered difficulty for the early game races, will slowly increase as player wins races
• Lowered AI anti-ram speed threshold
• Lowered g-company AI racer's HP targets
• Lowered drag race difficulty
• Lowered fast travel cost and removed possibility of no fast travel offer
• Increased stock car handling
• Increased stock car torque in high gears
• Fixed AI anti-pit prevention not working
• Added AI Racer 'HP estimation' when you look at them in the PA
• Added option to move shifting controls to bumpers (located in SETTINGS -> GAME)
• Added tutorial hint for GPS
• Added tutorial hint for change camera
• Added inverted look options for walk and car cameras (located in SETTINGS -> GAME)
• Added highlighted zones for intractable areas
• Added more brightness to driving map
• Added white cross on GPS for race checkpoints
• Raised TPS cameras height
• Moved GPS into bottom left corner
• Removed 'express delivery' option, you now will just pay for 'delivery' of parts.
• Removed option to enter storage from choosing category
• Can skip race start cutscenes all the time, except boss races
• Loan shark can now call you when you leave PA
• Changed loading screen videos codec back to H264 from VP8

KNOWN BUGS:

• game crashing on livery import for some people
• AI sometimes falling through map/disappearing when too far ahead
