Added integration of capybara items with the trading platform!

Dear capybaras! Items for the trading floor can be obtained as follows:

• You can get a random item every 4 hours by logging into the game.

• You can get an item every 24 hours if you can climb a mountain!

• We have also added the ability to get an item if you have DLC.

P.S. Please note that it may take more than a minute to receive the item and you cannot minimize the game.

We've also fix performance issues:

• We optimized the rendering performance, achieving a 30% increase in frame rate.

• We optimized materials and texture sizes to reduce memory consumption of graphics cards.
