1.17 Hotfix

1.17:

• Fixed the issue where you can't interact with anything in the hideout

• Fixed safe bug (208 job)

• Fixed furniture repositioning bug, where you could still interact with other items

• Fixed not being able to complete 'destroy window' timed jobs

• Resolved the duplication issue where the client loses connection and their inventory is not saved

• Added blue vase spawn in 102
