First Update after Early Access Release

First of all, we want to thank you for supporting us during the Early Access launch. We've been working hard on the feedback and bugs we received from you.

• Performance improvements have been made, adjusted the Graphics Settings.

• Added a Refresh Rate setting.

• Added a new decoration object.

• Housekeeper bug fix implemented.

• Added a "Delete" keyboard shortcut for "Demolish."

• Various graphical fixes.
