Possessed Enhancement Project: Part 3 | Phantom Buff & Prayer Side Quest

Phantom Buff

The summon cooldown drops from 20 seconds and the swap cooldown from 10 seconds to 2 seconds each, allowing the Phantom to place decoys and swap positions more often during a chase.

Animations, clothing movement, and Qingwan's singing now transition more smoothly when swapping, reducing telltale jolts and sudden changes in the direction of her voice. Telling the real one from the decoy just got harder.

Prayer Side Quest

An optional prayer side quest is coming to Ancient Mansion, Old Alley, and School. From round 3 onward, complete your personal tasks for the current round and leave an item slot free, then press E to pray for 30 seconds to receive a protective item or 12 coins. Interruptions reset your progress.

Possessed players who meet the same conditions can press F to destroy the prayer object and claim the reward immediately. Every faction can pray. Seeing someone worship does not make them innocent.

Economy Changes

• Personal task rewards reduced from 15 to 12 coins.

• Protective pendants/talismans in the shop are limited to 2 purchases in total per match, with no restocking.

Improvements & Fixes

• Updated task location icons and added a side quest tutorial.

• Fixed camera snapping back when the Phantom swaps positions.

• Fixed the Ghost Bride's red veil getting stuck on her head when moving, stopping abruptly, or turning.

• Fixed some hanging bodies disappearing after meeting self-explosion and assassination cutscenes.

• Fixed abnormal thunderstorm weather during meetings when an alarm is triggered immediately after the Scarlet phase ends.
