Levels update

• Replaced B-N with a new puzzle.

• Reworked B-13 again, as many preferred the appearance ( the question mark-shaped levels ) before the change in v.1.5.16. The level is now a bit harder

• Fixed 9-22? to prevent an unintended solution.

• Adjusted 5-17? considering difficulty.
